Craig Drummond
Managing Partner at VIVIDINVESTS
Craig has worked in the high-tech industry for over 20 years in various capacities involving business intelligence and program management. Most recently he served as the Business Intelligence Program Manager responsible for managing 23 application developers serving the America's Sales & Marketing organization. Craig has been investing in real estate for 5 years both locally in California as well as small multifamily properties out of state.
Matt Picheny, PMP
Senior Advisor at VIVIDINVESTS
Matt Picheny is a real estate executive, operator, and investor with ownership-level experience across nearly 5,000 apartment units and more than $675 million in acquisitions. As Founder and Managing Partner of Picheny, his experience spans investment and portfolio strategy, asset management, operations, business planning, capital strategy, development, and strategic partnerships.
Before real estate, Matt spent nearly two decades building businesses and leading multidisciplinary teams and digital initiatives for major global brands including Visa, IBM, Verizon, and Coca-Cola. He is also a #1 best-selling author, certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), and two-time Tony Award®-winning producer.
